Pros

good salary, selective team members nice to work with.

Cons

No organization, no meetings, owner does fire and hire on a whim. No warnings, has you constantly change your work schedule, hiding info about past company and misleading past patients.

Pros

Helping patients improve their lives by changing their smile changing their self confidence, health and happiness! It’s rewarding to see them light up with hope.

Cons

The owner is a micro-manager who DEMANDS 10-12 hr days, does not respect his employees, body shames, talks down to others, literally takes commission away constantly for minor mistakes - though puts no time or effort into training. You’re expected to get one day of training and then go at it on your own, with zero breaks, zero communication and zero support. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this disastrous place. He hires and fires on a whim as someone else mentioned, and they cannot keep employees, it’s a constant revolving door. I’ve never seen such disregard, disrespect and disdain he has for his employees. It fathoms me how this place is in business. I’ve recently heard horror stories about the huge amount of failed dental implants and unhappy patients. It’s sad…this could be an awesomely rewarding job. But, the owner/management only cares about the bottom line and has ZERO regard for his employees. It’s truly sad and I hope they read this.
