    Pros

The ONLY "pro" about working here is most of the other workers. They're good people that are fun to work with.

    Cons

    1. Lazy management, 2. MAJOR lack of integrity by the management, 3. Out of date equipment ( this pertains to the trucks that the company lets represent them in the public, the power jacks used to offload the product, and the trailer conditions used to haul the product.), 4. The amount of pay for what you have to put up with on a day to day basis, 5. Raises... they are not given to all the workers that need and deserve it. There are many others to list, but that covers the important ones.

    Advice to Management

LISTEN TO YOUR EMPLOYEES, actually accomplish things that matter, and don't let your workers feeling like a slave at the end of each and every day.
