Pros

Great purpose and just about everyone there seems to be very bright and really cares about what he/she does. All around great company.

Cons

Too much is put towards growing big in size, volume, and revenue. Eyes should be turned inward to work on quality of products. The better the product, the better the marketing/sales/revenue.

Advice to Management

Focus more on the people within the company and not just the clients and the our goals in the future. They will come with a good employee base.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great clients and mission statement - You have access to work some of the largest non profit organizations as well as the small ones that make major differences in the world.
Product has an impact on the greater good - The product had a direct impact on natural disasters fund raising
Charleston Office is a very fun environment. It is a very social environment. It is one part work one part social scene. A lot of people end up getting married who meet there
    Workers are smart and dynamic.
Ability to grow and use your talents at the company

    Cons

The company has Napoleonic syndrome. They think like a big company, spend like a small company and expect to much out of people without little return
The fun environment can be cultish and hard to work with certain groups if they do not like you.
Refuse to spend money. You will be lead to believe you have a budget to execute a program, but to find the budget will be pulled last minute.
Refuse to invest into their product
Do not invest in entry level employees. Raises are very sparse, 3% - 5% annually.
They spam their clients way to much
Group incentives are unfair, some groups get paid better when they make less for the company.
CFO was quoted saying he will not pay people higher salaries bc it is the only company in Charleston.
Refuse to fire crappy employees and force middle managers to deal with employees that are unmotivated in a down economy
Accounting department is AWFUL and has a terrible implementation of SAP causing major billing issues
Vacations are interrupted with work issues, managers do not respect time off

    Advice to Management

Invest in the product make it more web based.
    Invest in marketing
    Pay your employees better
Fire people who don't make the cut, hold people accountable
Give better time off... all employees at once ext
    Pay for more education opportunities

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Being able to work remotely and not having to go to an office everyday is wonderful. Pretty much left on your own which could be a bad thing but works very well for me

    Cons

It is extremely hard to get a promotion when you rare doing a good job in your current position. Even though my reviews are always excellent I have to practically beg for a promotion and/or a raise. The sell you to a client at a higher level than what your title is. This works great for them as they get more money per hour for your services, but then keep your wage at the lower position.

    Advice to Management

They need to focus more on keeping their current employees happy, rather than continually trying to get bigger. They also need to focus on making the current products better
