Pros

Friendly and great work environment. The training was a little lacking but my colleagues were happy to help.

Cons

training, and large open work space, could hear everyone's conversations

    Pros

    Get to work with many great nonprofits doing great things.
    Travel as much as you want, all over, including international.

    Cons

    Usual growing pains of a technology company dealing with growth.
    Low pay.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in better managers and focus on consistent strategic planning.

    I worked at Blackbaud full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great people to work with and the company really seems to care about their employees.

    Cons

    Pay isn't great and the training is not very good. You are thrown in and expected to figure it out as you go along.

    Advice to Management

    I would consider revising the training and focusing more on product knowledge than on troubleshooting.
