      Honestly, there are none. It's everything you'd want from a gig.

      Pros

      Since day one when I was introduced on the company slack, all of the team have been welcoming, kind and helpful. The usual remote environment feels much more cohesive than previous employments I've had during the Covid / Remote working era. Flexibility of remote working has been hugely beneficial to me. The team-building in a remote environment has been excellent. The company promotes hard working employees quickly with development and training, and rewards contribution to company growth. Continuous learning around Crypto, Blockchain and Tokens! 10/10 for employee satisfaction.

      Cons

      This wouldn't work for someone who wants an in office experience, most of the team are remote working all over the UK and abroad. The company is start-up environment driven, so if you're not prepared to work over and above, this company isn't for you.

      Pros

      - No two days are the same, keeps things interesting - Growing company - lots of new people joining every week which is exciting - Friendly and driven team - everyone is working extremely hard and there's a nice team atmosphere - Career progression - working with lots of very smart and driven people to learn from

      Cons

      Not a con as such but worth mentioning it's not a place for anyone looking for an easy 9-5!
