    Pros

Because it's still at start up pace.. the intensity and competitiveness exist all around. The culture however is extremely awesome as everyone is eager to help out because everyone's goal is to make Bloom Energy successful.

    Cons

Because it is a start up company still, long hours are expected and its very obvious who does and doesn't work.

    Advice to Management

Communicate to those that work around you rather than have your subordinate find out by scoping out what it is that you want them to primarily focus on. Keeping everyone on the same page will be beneficial to everyone in the long run.
