Energetic culture, top-notch benefit package, hybrid work schedules, good work-life balance, free food and snacks in the pantry, transportation subsidy, majority of profits go to philanthropic causes.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but the culture is fast-paced, which may not be for everyone.
There are many great, talented people across the company at the entry level, lower management, and middle management. Most are extremely supportive and will do everything in their power to put you in a position to succeed and help advance your career. In most situations, these are the colleagues you will work with most often, and thus the day to day experience should be a good one.
Cons
To put it bluntly, upper management does not seem to be invested in the rank and file employees. Priorities frequently shift, policies are instituted or withdrawn willy nilly, periodic layoffs have a deleterious effect on morale, the annual review process is problematic, and the best aspects of the work-life balance were inherited from the previous company (BNA) and have been incrementally rolled back. If you're looking for a place to get some good experience, BIG is probably a good option, but if you're looking to settle in somewhere for a lengthy tenure, it might not be the best place for the reasons mentioned.
