I have been working at Bloomin' Brands for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great company ran like a private organization. Good people, heart and atmosphere of fun. Good pay, decent benefits, growth mode which is exciting. Feeling of camaraderie and everyone is in it to win it

    Cons

due to growth mode systems can be a challenge both IT and policy but the overwhelming sense of "we are in this together" from top to bottom completely makes up for the areas the company lacks in way of technology.

I worked at Bloomin' Brands full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Some great people to work with. Eat free at the restaurants. And you get pretty typical health vision dental and 401k. Along with a few days off, and a decent PTO policy.

    Cons

Every year theres a layoff. Sometimes twice a year. You will always have that in the back of your mind, waiting for the shoe to drop. They undervalue tenured employees, and overvalue new talent.
