*Few people are running whole company and the main problem is they are incapable to even run a team. *HR has lot of interference in operations without any need. *There are two managers if they feel you know more than that or competent with them they start doing back biting so you ll be fired somehow. *If anyone seriously looking for career and growth dont join this organization. *Higher management won't listen and appreciate you if you say anything against the self called managers.
