Advice to Management

Do not spend money on stupid things, like portable BBQ's, and then ask for a 10% cut in department funding.

    I worked at Blue Care Network of Michigan as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    good opportunity to learn especially if you can play politics well or If you are a full-time resource.

    Cons

    contractors are treated as second class citizens . A lot of Indians who hire only among themselves and are more involved in creating job security.

    Advice to Management

    stop treating contractors so differently and promoting within the community.
