Pros

Not much! Just a total Sh*t show!

Cons

Very low pay comparatively for all departments. They literally have kids running the company and upper management either can't see or doesn't care that these kids are ruining their business. All upper management and the owner came from the automotive industry and they are trying to run their stores like the automotive industry. Anyone who knows better realizes that the RV industry is a different animal. Turnover is a serious problem but they either won't fix the root cause or they dont see it... it's the kids you have running your stores...that's the problem. Bring in people that actually have the experience to run a store...but you won't because you don't want to pay the money and you would rather pay low wages and that's why you have children running the stores. The process is a complete disaster. Sales sets the walk throughs and doesn't care what service has going on or how old the unit is...doesn't matter. They over promise and under deliver to the customer. Wonder why the Google ratings are so bad??? They have a bad reputation as far as technicians are concerned. Nobody wants to work here. They had to rebrand the company because of a bad reputation but it's all the same people and the same practices every day!

Pros

You have the opportunity to make really good money

Cons

Manager will definitely screw you out of potential earnings. Talks down to his employee's. Thinks he's better than his employee's. The shop foreman will give all the easy money jobs to her chosen few techs. Service advisors will screw you out of hours on jobs then get made at you because you won't fix it for free. But yet they still charge full amount of hours that only they get paid for
