    Pros

Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association ("BCBSA") as a company tries to develop its employees.

    Cons

Prior to leaving BCBSA, I was called a liar by a senior person, and I was accused of sending an e-mail in which I called my manager a dog. In fact, neither of these accusations were true.

    Advice to Management

Recognize truly loyal employees and do not make false accusations.
