4. Wrok Remotely
5. Some team members are really good
6. Good Bonus
7. Good Benefits

Cons

1. Very Very beaurocratic
2. Very complex structured organization
3. Senior Management is very conservative and not want to change at all.
4. Senior Leadership does not take any responsibility and accountability.
5. Lots of cooks in the kitchen.
6. Each senior manger has his/her pets and the pets by default gets all the benefits, recognition, promotion etc.
7. Too much time is taken for unneccessary things in a project rather then what customer wants.
8. Apart from Customer priroity, imporatnce is given to rest all issues/topics

Advice to Management

1. Does not have to be this much complex structured organization.
2. Find out and Reduce the un-neccessary cooks
3. Create an independent Talent Recognition team and find out the best talents and promote them instead of Manager's pets.
4. Following 3 should be Senior Leadership's priority in return of the Plan Fees and ultimately people's premium money (rather then so called process and beurocratic way of doing things)
