Approves of CEO

Pros

Great Benefits and pension plan, competetive salary, good team atmosphere.
Employee bonuses given yearly.

Cons

Work is very redundant, excessive time spent on phone with customers, environment is in production mode which is somewhat restrictive.

Advice to Management

Managers are ok, some probably required more training, as sometimes staff had to problem solve among themselves. Managers also appeared to be overworked and overwhelmed most of the time.

start looking at the big picture and oh not everyone that has a degree is qualified for the job. experience counts for a lot in this field, considering that most of these jobs didn't have a college degree when insurance started. take a chance on experience
