    Flexible hours, great compensation, great coworkers, good HRIS systems.

    Hawkins, TX isn't the best location in regards to drive time.

    Only Pro were your weekends off

    Once Blue Triton took over they single-handedly ruined the company. Two massive layoffs of key personnel and the morale was completely destroyed. All while trying to execute profit growth and forcing all who survived the layoffs to work harder to make it happen and slowly dumping more and more responsibility on them. You are losing people because of this and the only people staying right now are people who have it too good in their life to take a risk for change or are simply waiting for the new opportunity to come and are just collecting a pay check Mentality is so antiquated, there is no care for real customer service. The service sucks, the routing system sucks, the cross-collaboration sucks, and ultimately nothing will change until Blue Triton decides to finish their fire sale and sell. Almost impossible to bring in employees from the outside because of how much negativity is surrounding this company right now. In fact, it's so bad they still try to sell the word "Nestle" when interviewing people to lure them in. There was a future here prior to Blue Triton, now all that's left is stress, impossible tasks, and low morale surrounded by greed and incompetence from the highest level.
