I have seen many coworkers and my own career grow in a dynamic, timely manner. It’s great to see an organization recognize and reward their internal talent with opportunities to take on larger roles & greater responsibility. I am grateful for the trust & growth BTB has given me.
Cons
Through our transition to private equity, much of our support system has been skeletonized. It’s hard to operate in a strategic zone when the day to day demands of the business must get done.
