Positive work culture - Factory Manager BlueTriton Brands Employee Review
- 5.0Sep 21, 2023Factory ManagerCurrent Employee, less than 1 yearHope, BC
Pros
Pay is above average for all roles. Training is offered for the roles. Employee engagement is worked on constantly at all levels. CEO provides a townhall meeting highlighting strengths and opportunities of the organization, not hiding anything from the employees
Cons
It is production work on the factory floor, this can be repetitive work that gets boring.

Pros
Good pay and benefits; fast pace.
Cons
You work as a team. If your teammate(s) is/are failing, you fail. Treated as a group VS individual contributor.

Pros
-The pay rate is higher than average for similar positions around this city area. -Have good benefits: 401k (4% matching), Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays -The work is not difficult. Pretty laid back compared to other Manufacturing companies.
Cons
-Working 12 hour shifts per day may not be for everyone. (5am-5pm, 5pm-5am) 2,2,3 workdays weekly rotating schedule. -Management is unorganized and struggles to run the plant effectively, getting worse and worse actually. Lots of BS going on in every department. Lots of favoritism going too. They give more respect and opportunities, and are more lenient to the workers they LIKE than the good quality workers who work hard, do a good job, and have been working there long. So if you don't make friends with your bosses, then you will have a more difficult time trying to grow your career within the company.
