Pros

Good pto allowance, but you rarely are allowed to use it.

Cons

Political in fighting
HR that spouts policies but never follow them
Favoritism
Lack of appreciation for employees
Poor pay
Too much work to get done in 40 hours ... but no overtime allowed.

Advice to Management

Stop burying your heads in the sand and wake up before the company goes under.
Don't be afraid to address issues and enforce policies.
Respect everybody regardless of position, race, or gender.
Find out why there is such high turnover at the resort level.
Most importantly, put a computer based training system in place for tsw and as400.

    Pros

pay is decent to keep you there for a while

    Cons

-worked well over the 40 hours per week
-firing was always a threat if we didn't agree for management to 'fix' our hours with written time sheets
-never any free time to take advantage of the reduced usage of resorts..only upper management can truly enjoy those
-'shady' stuff goes on in the contract office with legal documents...if you can imagine!
