I worked at Bluewolf full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

I had the ability to fast-track my career in three short years with the support of an amazing team.

Cons

This is not a traditional consulting work environment. Don't plan on getting a lot of hand holding!

I have been working at Bluewolf full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Self empowered employees. Power to set your own goals and achieve them. The right size, a good mix of peers and support, as well as the abilities to get things done.

    Cons

Employees are thrown into difficult and intensive situations with little preparation, which requires a certain type of personality and dynamic-ism in order to flourish here. There is a lack of process at times, but that also gives you the ability to define it.
