Someone needs to check the discriminatory practices within the HR team, restructuring of the function resulting in only the Asian team members being removed. There is favouritism across the team, leaders only want non coloured hr support. if you are in the gang then you’re looked after even when you’re a poor performer which many of them are. Poor management capability across the function, leadership not respected by the business and its people. They set the bar for the way people are treated is this business. Nothing works, everything is just flossed over.
