Thank you for taking the time to raise these concerns, we take comments like this extremely seriously at Boden. We were forced to reduce the size of the Boden House team and have had to say goodbye to some great team members across the business, including HR, as a result of the pandemic. These have been tough decisions to make and we deeply regret each and every one of the job losses. Many factors impacted those decisions, though race and ethnicity were absolutely never considered and the statement made ‘only Asian team members being removed’ is incorrect. We are saddened that this is your perception and this isn’t the sort of experience we want anyone to have at Boden, so would like to look into the other comments you raised around discrimination as a priority.
