    Great PTO and benefits; nice to roll over PTO from year to year

    Cons

    not the best 401K plan...Retirement One Source has horrible investment options so many conference calls, and time wasters culture: company is failing because everyone is more interested in self promoting so they can keep their job, instead of working like this is your own business. Constant layoffs have eroded confidence

    Pros

    BI Animal Health had excellent HR processes. Compensation and benefits were excellent.

    Cons

    The Animal Health headquarters building was old and outdated. No on-site fitness center. And the cafeteria was super small.
