Pros
Great Benefits, 401k Match 10% +2% at the end of the year, pays tuition up to 25k a year for masters, 12 weeks parental leave, 3 weeks PTO and all holidays off, some sites work 9 80's and have every other Friday off, health care is free for you and family if you choose that option. Bonuses for getting a pilots license and Boeing pays for most certificates or trainings outside of Boeing. Once your in its very easy to get other jobs at Boeing.
Cons
The pay is lower then other industries, bonuses and raises are hit or miss, harder to work remote then it used to be, most positions now are hybrid but you only get to work from home once a week. It is very hard to get promoted while staying in the same position. Most people have to move teams or jobs to get a raise.
