Friendly environment, very nice and helpful people. Many projects to work on and always opportunities to learn. Very self driven to get work done, flexible hours as long as work was done. Strong focus on safety and promoting safe habits.

Very busy, always something to do, sometimes stressful. Not very accepting of change. Training methods could use improvement, my training was more self taught. Some long hours and needed to work unscheduled weekends and late nights.
