    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Good to gain initial experience in sales
Benefits are good compared to other companies, longer vacations and medical insurance is not too expensive.

    Cons

No down time, I was expected to respond to emails at 11:00pm and I was also responding to them at 6:30am. Work days were well over 8 hours a day. You were expected to work 7-5, plus additional paperwork afterwards.

A lot depends on your managers, some are better than others.

    A lot of turnover.

Lack of opportunities and growth in my division for women.

    Advice to Management

A better work life balance could cut down turnover rates.
