A very long list - Micromanaget that will kill your creativity - unrealistic deadlines and timelines - management is insensitive to employees - no proper leave policies drafted - outright rude behaviour of management which can go to any level - no rebate after work, you will still be made to work which is acceptable in all work places but not everyday - made to communicate vis Whatsapp and not in a professional manner. - high work pressure due to unrealistic goals and expectations - no room for feedback - no room for clear communication.
