A cozy atmosphere and an understanding management. I mostly feel valued and realise that my ideas are usually taken into consideration. Flexible working hours and fully remote work. Colleagues all around the world.

Not a lot to say. The salary level could be a bit higher. The top management could be more into the technical specialists' needs. However all in all everything is more than fine.
