Pros
I started as a temporary member of staff and its been 25+ years and i'm still with the company I had previous optical experience when I started but Boots gave me the opportunity to further this knowledge I work with a great team and even when its a busy day we still manage to have fun during the day
Cons
To be fair I can't honestly say there are any Maybe needing to adjust your day(ie lunch break) to fit in around patients needs

Always understaffed Expected to work when on lunch if it got busy Never really got a break and had to leave shop to ensure I did Regular management team visits who were no help during busy spells Felt my most spoken words were...be with you as soon as I can! Big push on selling additional products whether the customer needed them or not
