Pros
great group of people to work with. You truly have the opportunity to make your own career here. There is opportunity to switch clients and learn new skills. The communication from leadership is usually well thought out. The company also had a wonderful response to Covid. Additionally, I've found that if there is an issue or you have a recommendation for company benefits that you are heard. For example, the firm has back up child care from select providers and I was in an area without an approved provider. I messaged the benefits team and 2 weeks later they rolled out a new feature to allow you to use non-approved providers with $X per day.
Cons
Pay is lower than other contracting firms however the benefits more than make up for it if you use them. Raises tend to be 2-3%/year unless you get a promotion. Promotional increases tend to be lower than expected. We are loosing really great people partially because we can't compete with salaries in the industry.

Pros
The company clearly strives to put their employees in the best possible scenario for them. The "feel like part of something bigger" vibe is something they legitimately want people to experience. If I didn't enjoy the role I'm currently in, I would have no hesitation about talking to my career leader and getting support to find a new position within Booz. The work life balance has been fantastic, and hybrid flexibility is awesome. I have great relationships with the other developers on my team, and enjoy chatting with people on different projects within the office. Pay and benefits are also definitely above average - the base healthcare plan is free and they have a 6% 401k match.
