Pros

BorgWarner has good benefits, and employees achieve good work life balance. Mangement is very conservative and that makes Borg a very stable place to be.

Cons

WHQ can be somewhat political. Sometimes it is hard to grlw as quickly as a person might like.

Advice to Management

I appreciate your foresight and steady approach to leadership. I would encourage you to keep that aspect but be willing to consider new ideas in the workplace for being flexible.

    Pros

    - If you're an engineer and want to work in Asheville, this is one of 2 choices
    - Perfect if you're a Manufacturing Engineer and want to work in a nice plant

    Cons

    - Engineering is nearly an afterthought. The group as a whole commands no respect at the site.
    - Top heavy organization with far too many managers and directors with no one working for them
    - Arden isn't Asheville

    Advice to Management

    Good luck.
