Worst company I have ever worked for - Anonymous employee Born Group Employee Review

Gradually getting rid of all the staff as they are out sourcing to the office in Chennai. No pay rises (even in line with inflation) but expected to take on more and more work, whilst the managers line their pockets and don't care about their own staff only themselves. No Benefits, no career opportunities. Terrible offices and working environment. Really dismal miserable place to work. Since I have worked here they have lost quite a few accounts due to their low morals.
