Pros

encouraging environment, nice coworkers, educational, highly organized, awesome teamwork, lots of learning opportunity, great client interaction opportunity, big rapport, respectful people

Cons

all the common cons with consulting work - high workload, intellectually challenging, fast pace, competition, erratic schedule, actually not much specific cons for BCG.

Advice to Management

I do not know much about the leadership at Boston Consulting, sorry, but I think overall they are doing a brilliant job and BCG is advanced nicely and steadily. I feel impressed that BCG is doing well in this economy and is stable. Congratulations!
