    Pros

Boston Consulting Group cares about your personal growth. They provide many opportunities for you to grow whether in your skills or advancement. Everyone is professional, friendly, and always happy to answer any questions. The company culture is amazing and they seem to care about you as a person versus another number. You never have to worry about insurance, days off, sick days or anything because they have some of the best policies I've seen. There is a reason why they are one of the best companies to work for.

    Cons

Some of the work is high stress with a short time frame. You have to be ready to handle pressure thrown your way. Other than that, I am struggling to think of any more cons.

Amazing company, people, culture and values--but underpays internal business roles

    Pros

BCG is one of the best companies I have ever worked at (and probably will be over the course of my career!). The company has strong values that they truly live everyday in terms of doing the right thing for their clients and people. The people are smart yet humble, and truly care about each other. The culture is inclusive, fun and global. They offer amazing, best-in-class benefits and mobility options.

    Cons

While BCG has very competitive and generous salaries for consulting staff, they do not pay well for non-client facing roles such as HR, recruiting, marketing, finance, etc. There is a significant gap here in terms of years of experience for roles they are hiring for and what they are willing to pay; which often gets outweighed by the amazing benefits and flexibility they offer (especially by women who have or are trying to have a family).
