Great place to work, but if one mistake arises you are dead

Everyone in there is highly intelligent and with very diversified backgrounds; you may find economics, mathematicians, philosophers, several type of engineers, administrators, etc ... There are several (like 20) guys with good salary and desire for party. Great salary packages and retributions. It opens your mind to many themes and you have a great networking. You may hear on the halls 4 different languages and with some luck you will be traveling to any part in the world. They have a special weekend for training were you go to a distant place and have fun and learning at the same time. They can sponsor a MBA program in a top 10
Cons
There are weeks that you work as hell, close to 120 hours a week for 2 or even 3 weeks in a row. There is not a real balance in your life, you live to work. As everyone is intelligent, the atmosphere may become a hard competition for a small bit of recognition. If your generation is a huge one there will be problems for the sponsorships for MBA. As you work worldwide you may have a pretty early call conference with Europe and then a pretty late on with Australia, so you work 20 hours and you cant move away from the office

Pros
There is a reason why BCG is consistently named one of the best places to work! First of all they have amazing benefits! 100% employer paid for Aetna's top tier plan. The company also always has events that allow you to interact and connect with those outside your function. There is a completely free full barista bar where you can get coffee at anytime of day, along with employer paid lunches three days of the week. Although you can always find something to eat. One of the best things about BCG though is the people and your team. BCG really values having happy employees who have the opportunity to grow and develop in their roles and give you ample support to do so. The people are really what make BCG so great, literally everyone you meet is friendly and supportive.
Cons
The only con I can really think of is that the office can be a bit difficult to access via public transport, especially if you live on the green line.
