    Pros

There are many internal and external training's offered for personal advancement paid by the company. There are many company events that allow you to meet and greet everyone/network.You are also allowed jeans (business professional of course). Plenty of room for advancement. Alumni programs offered for past employees.Medical benefits paid 100%.

    Cons

There isn't a good work/life balance - you work many hours over your traditional forty.. Strict performance reviews - minimum four times a year.

    Advice to Management

If there is an issue with an employee's performance, it's best to bring it to their attention well in advance in order to correct their mistakes as opposed to allowing a problem(s) to grow/be repeated. Nip it in the bud a from start.

I have been working at Boston Consulting Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    1) Opportunity to work on fascinating, highly complex problems for clients 2) Extremely talented group of people 3) Engage on mission-critical and industry-shaping issues for very senior leaders in client companies 4) Very caring culture-people look out for each other, good about time-off for family emergencies, health issues, etc 5) Unbeatable benefits

    Cons

    1) Travel can be tough for CT staff: Mon-Thurs is common, although Tues-Thurs is becoming more popular (and a little easier) 2) Firm has become complicated to navigate--different practice areas, ABMs, departments, etc.. 3) Some offices (e.g., NYC) getting a little crowded for space
