Great Company, Great Culture, I'm at home - Administration Services Manager Boston Consulting Group Employee Review

Pros
BCG lives by its values. The culture is evident from the moment you join and is embedded into everything we do. I absolutely love it here and valued as an employee and as a person. D.E.I&B is a focus and consistently lived day in and day out. I don't see myself living anytime soon.
Cons
Some departments are so new that processes and procedures aren't set in stone yet. It's a great opportunity for someone to come in and leave their legacy in an impactful way.

High Expectations: The high standards set by BCG may lead to high expectations. The pressure to consistently deliver outstanding results can be stressful. Intense Competition: The consulting industry is highly competitive. There is often a competitive environment within the firm, and individuals may feel the need to constantly prove themselves.
