In most cases, a great place to work

The company gives plenty of opportunity to learn, to develop world class products, to work with great teammates, offers flexible working schemes and has a transparent performance/recognition process. They provide to every employee all the equipment needed to work, including last generation notebook and iPhone. The offices are comfortable, with many options of food and drinks for free. The salary is competitive and if you outperform you can earn up to 16% of your yearly base salary as bonus.
Cons
The IT organization tends to impose work and demands that slow teams down and reduces the chances for generating value for clients sometimes.

Pros
There is a reason why BCG is consistently named one of the best places to work! First of all they have amazing benefits! 100% employer paid for Aetna's top tier plan. The company also always has events that allow you to interact and connect with those outside your function. There is a completely free full barista bar where you can get coffee at anytime of day, along with employer paid lunches three days of the week. Although you can always find something to eat. One of the best things about BCG though is the people and your team. BCG really values having happy employees who have the opportunity to grow and develop in their roles and give you ample support to do so. The people are really what make BCG so great, literally everyone you meet is friendly and supportive.
Cons
The only con I can really think of is that the office can be a bit difficult to access via public transport, especially if you live on the green line.
