Pros

Great concept fast casual as close to home cooking as you can get excellent products to purchase

Cons

working to many hours 60-70 a week if you are the General Manager
your time off is not your tome off

Advice to Management

Take care of the people who want to take care of the company and be fair about it
and the ones who are on the bus but going a different direction stop and but the off
this will help get the company back on top it all starts with operations

    Pros

The hours are great, no late nights.

The menu is very detailed and easy to perform.

    Cons

    Compensation all over the board.

Labor restrictions are too tight, Managers are expected to work 8-10 hours on the line. It's a little tough to focus on improving sales and customer satisfaction when stuck in the kitchen all shift.

    Advice to Management

Raise the pay of hourly employees. Its hard to expect someone making $8-9/hr to really hustle when there is nothing in it for them.
Ease the staffing guidelines and permit us to properly staff our stores, so we can spend more time managing and interacting with our guests.

    Pros

Benefits are pretty good for the industry.

    Cons

If you're prepared to live at the restaurant, this is a great place to manage! Support staff are paid poorly, resulting in low quality assistants. It's gotten even worse since McDonald's sold the company.

    Advice to Management

Find some people that know how to run this thing!
