I have been working at Boston University part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Happy working. I have a lot of time to do research. Also, the work is sometimes related to the research.

Cons

Get this job only if you are a Phd student. Basically you need to apply for the Phd at Boston University, and also, of course, have a desire to pursue Phd.

Advice to Management

I worked at Boston University full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

BU has excellent benefits - lots of vacation time, great health benefits and you can move up easily.

    Cons

Because this is a university, there can be a lot of red tape to deal with. Decisions cannot usually be made quickly.
