I worked at Boston University part-time (More than a year)

Pros

wages are very generous, in my opinion, and it does not take much time out of your schedule (it is easy to balance between your academic course works and grading works.)

Cons

there is typically no feedback from your supervisor (you are on your own) and it is often difficult to work with other graders if you have any.

Advice to Management

give some feedbacks; check if graders meet deadlines

I worked at Boston University as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay, one free course available per semester, nice people to work with.

    Cons

I can't think of any downsides except perhaps it's not necessarily easy to move up.

    Advice to Management

Given that this is a for profit research hospital, it seems that BU could pay their staff better. Some of the wages are quite low. Also, the unpaid internships should really be discontinued.

  2. "Happy, nice people, great location, leant a lot of thing."

    Cons

High living expenses, high tuition. Traffic sucks in the rush hour.

    Advice to Management

like what they do for emergency, eg. Boston Marathon
