Other staff members are amazing, and you get a chance to try a lot of different things working in departments. Good job for organized folks, who like managing a wide array of projects and maybe want some experience doing different things.

the administration as a whole is slow and tough to deal with. there's a very clear staffing and talent retention problem that they really don't feel is important to adequately respond too,
