    Pros

The culture is special. Not many companies today value their employees the way BLS does. This is something that starts at the top with the leadership of the organization. I'm very proud to be a part of it!

    Cons

I haven't seen a downside or anything negative to comment on.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing.

I have been working at Bottom Line Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours, quarterly bonus program, job morale is good for the most part. No micro-managing as long as you do your job well. They hold an All-Staff meeting every spring which is nice to catch up on all the business news.

    Cons

Some (not all) management is poorly chosen. I have worked in a few different departments and some of the supervisors/managers are highly questionable. They do not allow employees to work from home unless you know the CEO or are buddies with upper management. Everyone else is denied the request which is unfair. In this field the majority of representatives are able to work from home.

    Advice to Management

Stay fair to all employees! Most of us are busting our back for the company and we should be rewarded if proven so. Either let everyone have the chance to work from home if needed or wanted or don't let anyone. That's just a poor way to run a business.
