Pros

Amazing customers and some excellent coworkers

Cons

Current VP’S are ruining this company with extremely poor leadership. Toxic workplace with a BAD Fraternity at top Qualified woman have no shot at advancement Diversity is almost non existent Regional managers have no voice; thus contributing to the toxic culture Management watches your every move via mileage app. GREED at its finest with multiple comp plan changes within a year- you may have a good year but you will pay for it the next. Quotas are unfairly assigned and are four times the traditional market growth Base salaries are inconsistent at best and are a clear indication of how this company values its employees. They only care about profit and do not care about your well being. Watch your back! - successful employees have been fired without any warning

Pros

Great peers that support one another. Building your network within the industry.

Cons

Leadership -Culture of hypocrisy -No respect for sales team or any employee that is not senior leadership -President and AVP’s are not held to the same standards of ethics and behavior that is expected from every other professional in the organization -Will fire employees to “flex” and create a culture of fearing and paranoia -Dishonest -Believe in metrics over relationships -Absolutely incompetent at new product or service/solution launches by woefully misleading customers and providing no direction for account managers who have to deal with angry/disappointed customers. No work life balance -expect 24/7 availability -No real PTO The comp plan that changes multiple times throughout the year is completely punitive with nothing to truly incentivize over performing. I’ve never seen a sales and highley commission based position that looks for ways to take money from the people pushing revenue through the company.
