I have been working at Bowling Green part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working as a Campus Security Officer as a student was a great experience. The hours don't interfere with class, as you work at night. No supervision, as you are walking from building to building locking them upi. You develop relationships with the BGSU police officers and dispatchers. It was fun. Additionally, you can get paid to watch football games! It's not working in a dining hall. It paid more than other job

    Cons

Lack of hours... Only 10 to 15 hours a week. The supervisor gave "average" reviews, so we wouldn't get raises. Co-workers often called off or didn't show up.

    Advice to Management

Give better reviews to hard working employees.
