    Awesome customer base Fair discounts (New) Easy to use POS Welcoming environment Teamwork and family oriented buisness Lots of opportunities for sales associates and lower management

    Not competitive pay Awful and outdated scheduling and timekeeping systems Performance is harshly graded off of conversion Internal strife at a corporate level (very game of thrones) Extremely difficult to move up past Store Manager

    Advice to Management

    Because performance is so heavily graded off of conversion, there should be an investment on better systems on keeping track of performance. Too much payroll is wasted on broken excel files and manual entries for each individual employee on a daily basis. It should not take almost an hour every day to record the previous days performance. Invest in a better timekeeping program, Kronos is extremely outdated and difficult...
