I have been working at Boy Scouts of America full-time

    Pros

Lots of projects year round. There is never a dull moment. Work with a diverse group of people. Schools, government, volunteers, young people to retired. Lots of responsibilities. A chance to make an impact in many communities.

    Cons

Non profit enviroment, must raise money to survive. Volunteers may not share the same vision. Lots of evening, holiday and weekend events and meetings.

    Advice to Management

Keep moving forward with new technologies to give field staff move tools.

    Pros

Tremendous work environment. Great people, everyone is very positive. Beautiful setting, one of my favorite places in the world. Room and board are provided. The best place that I have worked.

    Cons

Low pay. It is a wonderful place to be, which more than offsets the low pay.
There is also some shortage of supplies and equipment for carrying out the program.

    Advice to Management

Maintain the wonderful environment and invest more money in supplies and equipment.
