Negative Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Boy Scouts of America full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Helping boys grow into young men.

Cons

Ridiculous hours, annoying volunteers, numbers driven upper management, no time to spend with family, poor pay, unachievable expectations.

Advice to Management

Calm it on down. Employees do have lives outside of their work, you cannot expect us to be "Scouting" 110% of the time.
