I worked at Boys & Girls Clubs of America part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Loved Working with kids Developed patient mind Talked to many parents Leading other staff in activities

    Cons

Kids are mentally and emotionally draining. They require the total effort. If you are good for that then the job is amazing which I was.

    Advice to Management

The club is managed very well where I worked. It is owned and co managed. The manager used to be a ex MLB player and plays games with the staff and kids non stop
