    Great mission! If you find working with youth rewarding, working at BGCA or a local BGC is the job for you!

    Cons

    Often local affiliates struggle with structure, fundraising, and staffing. Can be frustrating. Nationally, there is a bit of a good ol boy system that caters to long standing employees and not always in the name of bringing the best, most knowledgeable talent to the table.
