I have been working at Bozzuto full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Bozzuto will give you the opportunity to take on more responsibility. They expect you to work hard and reward you appropriately. I've always found that Bozzuto higher-ups treat other employees no differently.

Cons

401k match is very low.

I have been working at Bozzuto full-time

    Pros

good benefits and you get to meet a lot of nice residents

    Cons

-work life balance not good. sales and marketing associates get worst schedules.
-experience is based solely on your property manager. bad pms are not held accountable because regional managers are not around.
-promotions based on kissing up and favoritism not on skillset.
-toxic work environment. rumors, gossip & poor communication.

    Advice to Management

not a marketing role. no opportunity to utilize marketing skills, no guidance or training to improve marketing skills, the chance to grow as a marketing professional with the company is nearly impossible. mostly sales and a lot of customer service. the title of this role should be changed to reflect this.

train pms to create inclusive, respectful, and professional work environments. teach them to lead by example and make regionals more involved to ensure their pms are doing their job correctly.
