I've found my home - Member Support Specialist Branch Insurance Employee Review
- 5.0May 13, 2022Member Support SpecialistCurrent Employee, less than 1 yearCovington, PA
Pros
What you find online is real. Branch lives into their roots and truly cares about their employees as much as they do their members. While being a mostly remote company, I feel more connected to my team than I did in an office setting.
Cons
As a start-up, sometimes it may seem like things are happening out of order, but as a whole, we get through it and figure out how to move onto V2.

Pros
Love working at Branch; the people can't be beat and everyone works extraordinarily hard to deliver for our Members and each other.
Cons
Can't think of any right now

Pros
This is very much a relaxed work environment meaning, I don't feel a stressful rush each day to plow through an unrealistic & unmanageable claim volume. We are encouraged to take the needed time with the Insured to be their soft place to land during their high stress time. We are not overloaded with an excessive claim volume so we can slow down and work our claims properly and thoroughly while providing the best customer service experience. The Claim managers genuinely have our best interest at heart and clearly remember what it is like to walk a mile in the adjuster's shoes. Managers are looking to catch the adjusters doing things right and being outstanding rather than looking to catch something wrong. It is contagious, always looking for the positive rather than the negative! This is exactly what an adjuster dreams of when getting into this field with the hopes of making someone's experience a positive one. Branch is one of the few companies that sees the value of investing in their employees because happy employees provide excellent service.
Cons
Honestly cannot say that there are any cons
